Marketing Channels audit


Can you name all your marketing channels, and how they serve your business? We’ll look at all your marketing channels holistically. I will start by auditing your marketing channels one by one, combined with a data analysis to assess cost/effectiveness of each of them. I will provide recommendations based on findings.  

KPI and metrics training

Do you know the difference between impressions and sessions? How do you know what a good CTR is? Wait, you don’t know what CTR stands for?

I will conduct a training with your team on how to read metrics for each of your channels. Learn how to identify your top marketing KPIs, assess your results and most importantly, inform your day-to-day marketing strategy and operations. 

Amazon Advertising

Are you relying on a marketing agency, but don’t know if they are doing a good job? I will teach you how to optimize your Amazon ads campaigns, create new campaigns, read the metrics in the dashboard and maximize the use of your budget. I am an ex-Amazon employee, I am confident I will be able to help.

Strategy implementation

How do you know what to outsource and what to keep in-house? After the trainings and audit work, I provide 1:1 calls with your marketing team, so we work on implementing the changes while they learn how to take ownership of the marketing execution. These calls are custom-made based on your needs.

Home textiles firm goes agency-less

A Spanish well-known brand hired me to conduct a marketing audit. I analysed the e-commerce site, e-mail marketing and SEO strategy and checked Google Analytics for data. The goal was to find opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Client was happy with my work, so re-hired me some months later This time for a more interesting mission: “please help us manage our Amazon ads independently!”.

US franchise lands in Spain

A US pilates franchise brand recently landed in Spain and Barcelona. They had guidelines from the US team on how to manage their social media, the challenge was: how to fill the knowledge gap with the local team?

I conducted a training with the business owners and marketing executional team and taught them:

Agrocompany goes digital

An agronomy company,highly succesful thanks to their agronomy engineer team efforts, realized it was time to increase their digital presence. I was hired to doubled-down their Linkedin marketing efforts, including implementing Linkedin Sales Navigator for lead generation and testing Linkedin Ads.

Product building consultancy firm needs marketing

A product consultancy firm was lacking marketing knowledge to conduct proof of concepts. I did two training sessions covering:
1)a B2B marketing strategy, covering things like gated content, testimonials,Blog &SEO and
2) Q&A session based on pre-prepared questions covering SEO, content, best practices to designing landing pages and product pags, checklist before running a marketing campaign, how to know what is the best channel for us, how to optimize marketing campaigns, benchmarks.

A B2B marketing strategy for a tech company

A US based company revolutionizing the second hand market needed a strong B2B marketing plan to start getting partners (after succesfully testing the product with the market). I built a B2B multi-channel marketing strategy and provided some marketing content sample pieces to illustrate each point.

Fact-checking non-profit organization needs growth

A fact-checker company had a challenge with building community and a donations page. I put in place a data-driven approach to measure marketing efforts and created reports to monitor data from Social Media performance. Also created a marketing strategy and helped launch a donations page on the main site.
